Main meals are served at the “Napa Restaurant” during the following hours:
Breakfast: 07.00-09.30 HRS Lunch: 13.00-14.30 HRS Dinner: 19.00-21.30 HRS SNACKS: 10:00 – 12:00 HRS / 15:00 – 17:00 HRS AT THE POOL BAR/RESTAURANT If you want to go out for the day, you can always order Packed Lunches the previous day (in the “Napa” Restaurant or at the Reception). In the restaurants, house wine by the glass, standard local brandy (not premium or vintage), still table water, still orange (by the glass) and soft drinks (by the glass) are included in your meals. You are also entitled to have free snacks (from the ‘Dionyssos Lobby Bar’ list and not during 'Napa Restaurant’ Operating / Opening Hours), tea or coffee (not special ones like ‘Irish Coffee’, etc.) milk-shake & ice cream (by the Scoop), at the Tropicana Pool Bar 10.00-18.00 hrs, afternoon tea/coffee, cakes and biscuits are also served free, from 15.30 – 16.30 hrs. Free local drinks, such as: local wine by the glass, ouzo, standard local brandy (not premium or vintage), locally produced spirits (and cocktails that can be produced with them), draught beer, soft drinks (by the glass), still table water, still orange (by the glass) will be served free at the following bars.: Tropicana Pool Bar: 10:00 until 18:00 hrs Dionyssos Bar: 18:00 until 23: hrs In both Bar lists, drinks and items that are offered on " All Inclusive " basis are clearly marked with the sign under the line " All Inclusive code " Free activities include tennis (charge for only floodlights), table tennis daytime and evening entertainment. - Telephone calls and safe deposit boxes are not included. - Food & drinks ordered by room service and from the Mini Bars are not included. - All drinks in the "all inclusive" outlets must be signed for. It is very-very important that you give your room number and mention ‘all inclusive’ to the staff for all your ‘all inclusive’ consumption’, otherwise you may cause unnecessary complications in our operation (the Hotel serves also non ‘all Inclusive’ guests). Please read the above (and the following) carefully so that you enjoy your Holiday to the full, but also assist us in serving you better. - PLEASE NOTE THAT PARENTS OF UNDER 18’s NEED TO ORDER AND SIGN ON BEHALF OF THEIR CHILDREN
- CONSUMPTION OF DRINKS IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO MEMBERS OF FAMILIES ENTITLED TO ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE.
- 43. OFFERS OF FOOD AND DRINKS TO OTHER NON-INCLUSIVE GUESTS MUST BE PAID FOR. (The Hotel reserves the right to stop serving ‘all inclusive’ drinks in such a case)
- 44. IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER IMPORTED DRINKS, NORMAL HOTEL PRICES WILL APPLY.
- 45. TO AVOID UNNESESSARY WASTE, ONLY ONE DRINK PER PERSON AT A TIME, MAYBE ORDERED. DRINKS SHOULD BE CONSUMED AT THE RESTAURANT, THE POOL OR LOBBY BARS ONLY. FOR YOUR OUR PERSONAL SAFETY, DRINKS SHOULD NOT BE CARRIED AROUND THE HOTEL (ROOMS, GRASS, BEACH ETC.).
The hotel management is obliged to abide by Cyprus regulations concerning the right to refuse service to intoxicated people.
